Privacy Policy

DPDPA 2023 compliant. RxPad processes the minimum data needed to deliver digital prescriptions. Patient data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Doctors retain ownership of all prescription records.

Data we collect

• Doctor profile: name, mobile, MCI/NMC number, qualification, clinic
• Prescription records: patient name, age, diagnosis, medications
• CPD completion records for NMC submission

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Data is retained for the medico-legal minimum (7 years) and then purged.
